New member group "Tom fan"

Hi everybody.

First of all I need to apologize because I haven't been coming to this forum as often as I should.

The main reason is that I've been too busy with the new "Virtual Music Shop" I'm doing to sell Tom's music and other web pages I'm doing for other people, but anyway I know this is no excuse. I should have been coming anyway every now and then to check that everything was OK. 

It was Mags who told me a few weeks ago that there was something strange going on here:

Apparently we are getting every day a lot of new members, most of them with funny names and strange email addresses but apparently they are not doing anything at all once they register themselves. They don't talk in the forum, they don't upload photographs, etc.

So who are all these new members and why they want to register with us?

I suppose some of them must be real Tom's fans that would like to communicate with other fans but don't know how to use a forum (this is something that can happen every now and then with people that is not too familiar with computers) but they are too many and it's impossible all of them are in this situation:

Just now we have 162 members and only 29 of them have ever said something in the forum and the number is growing every day.

Since Mags told me about this problem I have been trying to find out what are all these new members doing and why they want to be register inside our site, because I suppose most os them must be here for no good. Maybe they want to use our forum to send spam (unwanted advertising) or something like that. I don't know.

I have found already one of them uploading some porno pictures to our site and, of course, I deleted the pictures and banned that member forever from here, but I need your help to find out what the rest of them are doing and to differentiate the real Tom's Fans from the people that are not interested at all in Tom's music and only want to use our site for their own interest.

Please inform me immediately if some member of the forum start sending you any kind of unwanted advertising via email or via personal message or if you find out that any member of our forum is doing something that he/she shouldn't be doing.


Apart from that, I have created a new group of members, the group called "Tom fan".

I have already started to put inside this new group the members I know. The idea is to get inside this new group all the members we know so in a few weeks we will have outside this group all the people that are not interested at all in Tom's music and I will be able to delete their accounts.

So if you are a real Tom's fan and your name is not yet inside that new group please let me know as soon as possible.

Musn't forget our lovely Laura.. She is singing with Miguel at The Monaco. Please everyone give them your support and visit them when you're in Tenerife.
 It is very nearly the anniversary of our lovely Tom's departure. We will be thinking about him and still missing him.

Hi There

My name is Lorraine and have been going to Tenerife with my husband for many years not for just a holiday but also to see Tom and different members of his band.  When I heard that Tom was ill my husband and I were really sad for Tom and also for Ingrid.

We were in Tenerife in November 2008 and visited the Monaco Restaurant where Laura and Miguel were playing.  I must admit as we heard the songs which Tom used to sing and this made us feel quite sad.

We will be interested in Tom's music shop as we already have six of Tom's CD's and look forward to visiting this site.
